Refund and Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Policy-

If at any time, for any reason, you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the remaining unused products for a refund. 


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a 100% refund on the price of the item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Some exceptions will be granted and alternative store credit may be offered depending on individual circumstances. 
Certain types of products are exempt from being returned or exchanged. First Aid products, customized products, special orders, fall protection products and any products that have expiration or sell by dates.

You are responsible for return shipping. If you do not have the means to create your own shipping labels then one will be provided to you and the cost of will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval, or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you make a purchase on excelcosafety.com and notice the price drops within 30 days, no sweat. We'll apply a credit to your account for the difference. Just make sure you hold on to your order confirmation.

Returns on orders that received

FREE SHIPPING (if applicable)

If your original order qualified for free shipping and you decide to complete a partial return that would reduce your order total below the required threshold, you will be responsible for shipping costs calculated as a percentage(15%) of your order total. These charges will be deducted from you refund.
Many items in our store are shipped direct from the manufacturer and may arrive separately. Depending on your location in relation to our vendors, some items may take a day or two longer than others but will still arrive within the expected delivery window of 5-7 days.
If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
